Series YYJ YSJ AC Gearmotor
概述 Outline
本系列為交流異步電動機與方箱齒輪組合為一體的減速電動機，適用于低速傳動裝置中作為驅動元件能起到簡化機械結構，降低成本和降低能耗的作用。
本系列電機可以達到某一固定的低轉速(YYJ、YSJ電機)，也可以達到無級調整的變速要求(YYJT電機)，另外本系列電機均可根據用戶要求做成制動電機，以提高其生產效率。
This series gearmotor consist of square gearbox and AC indution motor,suitable to use as driving element on low speed transmission units.
This series of motor can run at a fixed low speed(YYJ,YSJ motor),also can run on the stepless speed-regulating requirement, Brake motor can be made on the basis of this series of motor according to customers′ requirement for improving its production efficiency.

調換任意兩相接線即可改變電機旋轉方向。
To be reversed any two wire can be changed motor direction
減速器允許的最大轉矩 max.torque permissible of gearbox
注：
1、超出上述減速比可專門設計、加工、訂貨。
2、為避免減速器因過載而損壞，在選用低轉速時轉矩不得超過表中規定值。
3、在輸出軸上安裝聯軸器、皮帶輪等零件時，不可用力敲擊、用力壓入、防止損壞齒輪箱內部零件。
Note:
1.The motor in excess of theabove-mentioned ratio may be specially designed, manufactured and ordered.
2.The torque must be within the rated ＆#118alue of the table when selecting the low speed motor for preventing damage from over-olading
3.Please do not heavily knock when installing coupling. belt wheel,etc.to output shaft of motor.

注意事項 Caution:
1、插接件接線，請勿任意修改；
2、使用時請先將速度設定旋鈕調到“0”，避免瞬間大電流損壞調速器；
3、變更電動機旋轉方向時，須等電動機停止運轉后，方可改變；
4、動作形狀只控制電動機動作或停止，勿作中斷電源之用。
5、長時間不用時，請斷開電源；
6、請勿在有腐蝕性氣體、易燃易爆的環境中使用。
